Client eligibility:

Client must fall within 250% of the federal poverty guidelines and must reside within the appropriate jurisdiction.  Pro bono representation is limited and will not include legal assistance with employment, asylum, or green cards.

Offers family and immigration law assistance to low-income refugees and immigrants in Pittsburgh. 

Current needs:

Ongoing need for lawyers, paralegals, and law students. 

Time required:  Flexible. There are no commitment requirements, however volunteers must be reliable.
Training: “Model Hearing Program” training held as needed, as well as an annual training on a selected topic
