Client eligibility:

The Collaborative Divorce Law Project handles only no-fault divorce actions with simple equitable distribution matters and cannot handle custody or support claims.  You must have a valid address for your spouse.  You must bring valid I.D. and proof of income.

Volunteer attorneys represent parties in divorce actions in the collaborative law process limited to no fault divorces with simple equitable distribution matters.  No custody or support issues.

Current needs:

Attorneys only.  Interested attorneys must be trained in collaborative law.
Time required: Hours will vary depending upon the divorce matter.

Volunteers must be trained in collaborative law.
