Client eligibility:

The Divorce Law Project handles only simple, no-fault divorce actions and cannot handle custody, support, or property claims. You must have a valid address for your spouse. You must bring valid I.D. and proof of income.

Current needs: Ongoing need for volunteers.  No prior family law experience required. 
Time required:

Flexible hours.

Training:

Occasional simple divorce training offered. Training manuals and mentoring are available.
