Client eligibility: | Client must fall within 250% of the federal poverty guidelines and must reside within the appropriate jurisdiction. Pro bono representation is limited and will not include legal assistance with asylum or clients with significant criminal histories. |

Type of service: | Offers family-based petitions, renewals of green cards and employment documents, representation in removal proceedings and general immigration law assistance to low-income refugees and immigrants in Pittsburgh. |
Current needs: | Ongoing need for volunteer lawyers, paralegals, and law students. |
Time required: | Flexible. Volunteers must be reliable and willing to commit a minimum of 10 hours/week. |
Training: | Training is ongoing and held as needed on both in-house issues as well as CLEs open to the community. |
