Telephone Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. 

Client Eligibility:

125% of poverty level plus limited assets (except for Protection from Abuse and Elder Law programs, in which there are no income and asset limits.)

Special Programs:

Debt Advice Clinic; Elder Law Program (ELP) with possible referrals for limited asset estates only through this program; Older & Wiser; Medical Collaborative with UPMC McKeesport Hospital. 

Current needs:

Experienced attorneys in bankruptcy, unemployment compensation, landlord tenant issues, SSI and SSDI, custody, and small estates

Time required:  

Dependent on type of case

Training:    

CLEs, mentoring, shadowing
